Payment

Available payment methods:

  1. bank transfer,
  2. online payment via Przelewy24,
  3. installments via Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A.

The customer is obliged to make the payment within 7 calendar days from the date of the contract. If the payment is not made within this period, the sales contract is terminated. The seller documents the sale with a fiscal receipt or VAT invoice, in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

Delivery

Deliveries are carried out by a courier company within Poland. The courier company does not provide a carrying-in service. In the case of pallet shipments, the courier leaves the goods on the property; if this is not possible, the driver may deliver to the nearest accessible location. The customer is responsible for moving the shipment in such cases.

The order processing time is up to 8 weeks, and in the case of mirrors, up to 21 business days, counting from the date the payment is credited or the contract is concluded. The delivery time by the courier company is not included in the order processing time.

Upon receipt of the shipment, the customer should check its condition in the presence of the courier. In case of damages, it is recommended to draw up a damage report.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the shipment. Large shipments are sent on pallets.
