The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day the Consumer receives the Goods or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier.
The statement of withdrawal must be sent electronically to: biuro@retrowood.pl, using the form available on the Online Store website.
The return address will be sent by email after receiving a valid statement of withdrawal.
The consumer must return the Goods immediately, no later than 14 days from the day they withdrew from the contract.
The seller will refund the consumer all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the consumer choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller), within 14 days from the day of receiving the returned Goods or proof of their dispatch.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.
The consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from using them in a way that exceeds what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
